1.) If someone is already a leader of a world don't make an application for that same world (but you can make an application if someone is not a leader of the world that you want)
2.) If you are a leader of a world you have to let anybody come in if they have the right amount of posts
3.) If the world says you need a certain amount of posts to go in please get that amount before you go in and make posts because I will delete them.
